What began as a small spin-off from a technology group has grown into a dynamic force in the high-tech industry. The early years were marked by rapid growth—along with plenty of challenges. After a brief downturn, we united as a team, and that’s when our success curve truly took off.

Our journey began in 2000, supplying unpackaged semiconductors exclusively to the data and telecommunications sector. It quickly became clear: to thrive, we had to invest boldly, expand strategically, innovate constantly, build strong partnerships, and stay motivated every step of the way.
Our first expanding investment — a gold wire bonder — set the tone. From there, it was full speed ahead. We significantly and continuously expanded our technology portfolio, enabling us to serve new and diverse markets, including medical and biotech, semiconductors, industrial automation, aerospace, and defense.

Thanks to our commitment to continuous innovation and growth, today we stand as a thriving, well-established, and future-ready medium-sized company at the forefront of the high-tech sector. Our long-standing customer relationships are a testament to our quality and reliability.
