The sale of AEMtec GmbH is finalized now. The sale contract with capiton AG, Berlin, became effective by October 31, 2018. 

"AEMtec is pleased to find with capiton AG a dedicated cooperation partner who supports our course of global growth and development", explained Jan Trommershausen, Managing Director of AEMtec GmbH. 

AEMtec will continue consequently the effective and qualified strategy. With the support by the new investor additional capital is available for further company expansion. 

In the special market segment of (opto)-electronic applications AEMtec will be furthermore the right technology partner for swift and targeted solutions.
